We loved this beautiful home, big enough for our family. The grandchildren were excited to find toys and DVDs. An ideal location and extremely well appointed with everything you have in your own home. A home away from home. We will be back. Thanks.

We stayed at Fleets with 8 friends for a weekend that we were attending a wedding. Everything about this house is perfect. The location is remote and quiet but also close to all the best wineries and restaurants. The layout of the house is so user friendly, loads of space and privacy. The view is amazing, we made pizza and drank wine on the deck. We were so impressed with this house that we have also booked it for Christmas - can't wait!

Pulling into the Fleets Escape and arriving at this incredibly staunch house was simply an impressive welcome statement. As each car load of guests arrived the excitement was obvious! Walking up the boardwalk entry was only the beginning of the amazing stay we enjoyed within the limestone walls and curved brick ceiling that is Fleets.

The size and stature of the house can only be appreciated once inside, or if you have a model helicopter like we did, you could fly over the house with a video camera attached and get a birds eye view!

The open plan living and dining area, which opens onto the balcony overlooking the valley, was the place to be morning, noon and evening...unless you previously organised to have a spa delivered. In which case we were between them both! Generous sized rooms and comfy beds were a delight to reside to after a long day, the decor modern and tasteful. Bathrooms were sleek and it was a pleasure to be bathing in rainwater for a change. Brilliant!

The extras were great too. An arcade machine proved to be a good laugh...pacman oh the memories! Also, the stereo is high quality and iPods plug in for all tech savvs out there, just dont crank it up too loud, as there are neighbours to be mindful of. The dishwasher was great, we never ran out of clean anything, considering our large group... and running on solar power meant none of us felt guilty for using the drier to dry our clothes! If you drink wine then you have only the best to drink from Riedel. The list is endless. Should I mention 2 double door fridges that make constant ice?!

The best thing is the place is on the door step to a stunning tourism region where everything is at your fingertips. If you have a large group then this is the place to stay. I would recommend Fleets and I would also go back there again, next time in winter - to use the wood fired pizza oven whooo!
